As is the custom for many businesses at this time of year, perhaps even your own business, Rotations is closing for an annual summer vacation. We have chosen to close our business from now until Monday July 28.  The business office reopens on Tuesday July 29.

The last full week of July is traditionally one of the slowest business weeks of the year. Since we started in business in 1993, we have found that the last full week of July to be the best vacation opportunity. Our regular entertainment clients and business owners often tell us, that they too are vacationing at the same time after a long year of business activities. Many of our long term clients wait until we go on vacation to order their largest purchases of the year and save money by taking advantage of our free shipping offer.  Here again is an excellent opportunity for you to stock up for the upcoming busy fall season! Save money and increase profits by taking advantage of our annual free shipping vacation promotion.

Details Of The Free Shipping Promotion:

This year, as we have done in the past, are offering our clients free standard or ground (or surface) shipping on all orders placed on line from now until Monday July 28.  There are very few exclusions to this offer.  Those exclusions are:

• Free Shipping is NOT applied to any air or premium shipping methods.  Our usual rates apply to air or premium shipping.

• Auto shipment orders are not available for free shipping. 

• International Orders.

• This offer of free shipping only applies to orders placed on line shipped in the United States where free standard/ground shipping is selected on our secure ordering system.

Rotations Summer Vacation Schedule:

Now - July 28 - All orders placed on line during these dates will receive free ground/standard shipping when the orders ship on or after July 29.  Free shipping does not apply to air or premium shipping orders.
  
July 29 - July 31 - All in stock orders placed on the web site will begin shipping no later than Thursday, July 31.  All out of stock items/special order items that were ordered between now to Monday July 28 will ship when they become available from the vendor. Free shipping is available to all standard/ground shipping orders shipped in the United States.  Air or premium shipping orders are excluded from this offer.

July 29 - Our first day back as we resume all business activities for the next 51 weeks.  All e-mail order confirmations will be sent.  All phone messages will be returned.

August 1 - All new August monthly releases should begin arriving and shipping the same day received by the vendor. Tracks listing are posted on line to preorder your on new releases.
