Important Points To Remember When Looking At The Map:
The UPS map should be used as a
general guideline of when you can expect your package to be delivered.
Transit days are defined as weekdays (Monday - Friday) excluding Saturday
and Sunday and legal holidays.
If it is essential that you receive your package by a certain date - you
may want to consider a 3 Day Air Select (Orange),
Second Day Air (Blue),
Next Day Air Saver (Red) and
Next Day Air
(Also Red).

Example Of How To Calculate
Transit Dates For UPS Ground:
Rotations ships a package from our location in Norristown, PA in zip
code 19403 (outside of Philadelphia) to Phoenix, Arizona in zip code
85010. We ship the package on a Wednesday.
According to the above UPS Ground Time-In-Transit-Map it will take four
business days via UPS Ground. The transit days are
Thursday - Friday - Monday with delivery on Tuesday by the end of that
business day. If there is a holiday during one of those
week days the package will be delivered one day later. Example Of How To Calculate
Transit Dates For UPS Air Services: If we ship the same package to
Phoenix, Arizona in zip code 85010 on Wednesday via the various
available UPS air services the following will occur for delivery:
- 3 Day Air Select (Orange): Delivery will be
guaranteed delivery on Monday - anytime during the business
day.
- Second Day Air (Blue): Delivery
will be guaranteed delivery on Friday - anytime during the business day.
- Next Day Air Saver (Red):
Delivery will be guaranteed delivery on Thursday - anytime during the business day.
- Next Day Air (Also Red): Delivery
will be guaranteed delivery on Thursday - by 10:30 AM your local time.
Again please note, that if there is a week day holiday
during one of those transit
