Overview Of The Easy Pay-As-You-Go Auto Ship Program:
By submitting your auto ship request on line you are
agreeing to the clear detailed Informed Consent
terms of the Rotations Easy Pay-As-You-Go auto ship
program.
You are authorizing an auto ship
for Rotations to ship the monthly discs of your choice to you automatically
upon release. You understand there are no up
front costs. You are only paying for
each shipment shipped to you by Rotations.
Costs Of The Easy Pay-As-You-Go Auto Ship Program:
You understand that the purchase
price is the cost of the individual disc each plus Priority
Mail shipping per shipment. Shipping is determined by the total
weight of the package to your zip code from our zip code at
19403 in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
The Priority Mail rate for 2010 is $7.10 (USPS $4.85 base rate + insurance + tracking fee and no additional fuel surcharges.)

Debiting Your Credit/Debit Card On File:
You agree that your
credit/debit card that you provide will
automatically be charged by Rotations with each new
shipment the disc purchase price plus Priority Mail
shipping.
You agree to maintain on file with
Rotations a valid credit/debit card account in good
standing with the card issuer. You agree to
receive all shipments charged to your account until
you submit a written cancellation to Rotations.
Primary Credit/Debit Card Holder On File:
The credit/debit card that you
provide for the automatic debit by Rotations for
your autoship has your name (and / or business name)
embossed on it. By submitting your auto ship order,
you are verifying that you are the primary card
holder and has either your name embossed (and / or
business name) on the credit/debit card.
As the sole primary card holder, you agree to be the
only designated person authorized to discuss any
aspect or details of your account with Rotations.
All shipments are only shipped to the attention of
the primary card holder's name (and / or business
name) as embossed on the credit/debit card.
Your Auto Ship Account Responsibilities:
You may update or change the
credit/debit card including the expiration date on
file at any time in writing prior to the next new
shipment date. The shipment dates are clearly
noted on our web site.
You agree that it is your sole
responsibility to inform Rotations in writing of any
change of address or shipment status. You
agree that all account changes with a specific
effective date of the change must be submitted in
writing prior to the new release shipment date.
The shipment dates are clearly listed on our web
site for each product you receive on our auto ship
program.
Cancellation Of Your Auto Ship Order:
You agree that you may cancel your auto ship at
any time prior to the shipment of the next new
release as indicated on our web site. You agree to
cancel your auto ship order with Rotations in
writing.
Upon cancellation in writing, you agree not to
return any discs previously sold to you. You further
agree not to refuse any shipments already in transit
prior to the date and time of your written
cancellation.
Any discs previously shipped and
returned to Rotations with out authorization will
then remain the property of Rotations. No credit for
the returned discs or shipping cost prior to your
written cancellation will be granted.
