Our Fair Pricing Creed is the cornerstone of our business. Here is where our Code of Ethics is practiced with each customer and their individual transaction. Rotations clearly discloses it's pricing for each item we sell plus any applicable promotional price in a clear, concise, fully disclosed manner on our web site. All of our items on our web site are priced prominently and are offered to every buyer at the identical price point.

Rotations promotes vendor price incentives and discount pricing for all our clients and perspective buyers to take advantage of on our site. In those "Special Value" or promotional situations we clearly disclose the details and terms of the promotion in a conspicuous legible font on our web site. Included in our promotions are the specific terms for purchase during the promotion, the special value price, the expected future non-promotional retail selling price and the expiration date of the promotion if the item is not priced as a permanent reduction.

We firmly believe that our Fair Pricing Creed will enhance a positive buying experience for each our customers who will in return reward us with their loyalty, continued repeat business and positive referrals. Rotations does not adhere to potentially unscrupulous retail selling tactics that would tarnish our business reputation or our relationship with our customers. Common questionable retail selling practices such as "price discrimination" (the practice of charging different prices based on customer profile factors) are contrary to our Fair Pricing Creed. Among others methods that Rotations does not adhere to are common audio/video equipment retail pricing practices such as listing a fictitious original selling price (also may be known as a suggested list price) to promote a lower but actual selling price. We do not offer an intentional higher regular price in order to build in a discount or haggling selling price that is offered to select customers. Rotations does not extort sales by requiring the client to purchase a certain level of merchandise to receive a discount. A client is not required to pay for a membership card in order to get a discount on future transactions of later released product.

Disclosure Of Our Policies
Just as we disclose our Fair Pricing Creed, Rotations also clearly discloses our policies and our methods of doing business on our site on the page titled About Us.  The About Us page is assessable from almost every page on our site. The About Us page clearly details topic such as, but is not limited to, our return policy, guarantee, fraud etc.   The text is clearly conveyed in a very direct, candid manner.   In addition to our policies on the About Us page, we also provide a synopsis of our return and guarantee policies on our receipts with direction to view the complete details on the About Us page.  It is our deliberate intention to provide this written information in this concise fashion to provide a insight into how we do business and clear understanding of our policies and procedures.

Rotations Privacy Statement
Your trust and confidence in Rotations as a company is one of the most valued asset of our business relationship.  For that reason alone, Rotations uses every possible resource to protect your privacy and the private information you give us to do business together.  We collect and utilize only the personal information that you share with Rotations that is necessary for us to business together.  Rotations will NEVER compromise our private business relationship by the selling or sharing of your personal order information and/or spending trends and demographics with another industry business, third party marketing vendor or another client. Nor while you are shopping with us will you be inundated with banner ads to direct you to rogue third party sites to collect your personal information (via spyware or cookies) or to pitch unnecessary goods, services, sweepstakes or contests. 

Simply stated - Rotations Privacy Statement: It is our guarantee to you that when you do business with Rotations that we will not share, sell or disclose the information we collected to do business including your personal information, transaction history, physical or e-mail address.  By doing business with Rotations you will NEVER receive a telemarketing call, a direct mail piece or junk e-mail (spam) from a third party marketing firm.

Permission Based E-Mail Newsletter Policy
Rotations offers an option to it's clients on our on line order form to receive a periodic newsletter.  Our newsletter concerns our product releases and new items. We adhere to responsible and professional e-commerce standards of only sending our newsletter to those clients who wish to receive our newsletter in the e-mail box they designate on their order form.  Rotations clearly details it's e-mail newsletter policy in the text of our newsletter.  We also provide clear links to "opt-out" or unsubscribe to receiving our newsletter in their e-mail box.  This e-mail management tool on our site will immediately terminate the client's e-mail address from receiving the newsletter.  Later, the client may "opt-in" and receive our newsletter again by checking that option in a subsequent order session.

Security
Rotations uses every possible security method to protect your privacy and the information that you provide on the order form and our web site.  All orders are encrypted when it is transferred to us by using the highest protection standards of a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) system.  Your order is then retrieved from that identical secure system into an encrypted file.  Your order information, including any previous order history can only be decoded by us on our password/firewall protected order systems. Additionally, all printed documentation in the office are completely and thoroughly shredded and destroyed beyond recognition.

Quality Of Product
Rotations is a retail business that resells only legitimate entertainment specialty and commercial CD product by the best vendors in their respective field.  The entire product lines that are offered on our site are professionally manufactured and packaged at a CD pressing plant. The product we offer for sale must meet the highest standards that are required by each of our clients in the entertainment business.  The product lines we sell by each vendor are carefully screened for superior sound quality recording and production of the product.  Rotations does not manufacture, produce or license it’s own product for sale.  Nor do we duplicate any items we sell at our facilities on a CD-R with intention for general sale on our site. We do not customize licensed product for an individual customer.   We do not sell any product, by any vendor, that is produced on a CD-R.  Additionally, Rotations will never sell product that originated as an inferior quality, potentially virus ridden downloaded file that is characteristic of other music formats that are available on illegal web sites.
